**Job Purpose**: Export Executive is to find buyers in the international market for the business. Unlike export traders, who buy the products before selling directly to foreign buyers, export executive find buyers internationally for the product. He coordinates and plans the international shipment of goods and supplies.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identifying new international market leads and finding ways to promote in the market and laying plan to convert leads into potential client.
- Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired targets.
- Assist with preparation of all international trade fair.
- Track all couriers or samples. And data shorting for export lead.
- Negotiate and manage export carrier contracts.
- Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.
- Maintaining good customer relationship with the staff members.
- Designing and implementing all export strategies.
- Prepare Export insurance claim documents.
- Forward documents to CHA for processing filing bill of entry.
- Prepare and calculate statement of duty, insurance, stamp duty, and submit to Accounts Department.

**Qualification**
- Any bachelor degree
- Experience of minimum 1-2 years in the relevant field

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhagal, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
