**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging Design**:

- Design packaging for pharmaceutical products, including tablet bottles, boxes, and other types of product packaging.
- Ensure packaging designs meet all regulatory guidelines and pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., FDA requirements, GMP).
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to develop packaging that aligns with the brand’s identity and appeals to target markets.
- **CorelDRAW Expertise**:

- Use CorelDRAW to create detailed and high-quality designs for product packaging, promotional materials, and other graphics.
- Create vector-based designs, layouts, and templates for labels, packaging, and print materials, ensuring all design files are production-ready.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining high design standards.
- **Branding and Visual Identity**:

- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity for pharmaceutical products across all materials (e.g., packaging, brochures, advertisements).
- Ensure design consistency across different product lines while considering the distinctiveness of each product.
- **Product Labeling and Inserts**:

- Design clear, visually appealing product labels and inserts, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Work with regulatory teams to ensure all required information, such as dosage instructions, ingredients, warnings, and batch numbers, is properly included on packaging.
- **Collaborative Design Development**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to understand product requirements and develop design concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the creative process.
- **Print and Digital Design**:

- Ensure designs are optimized for different formats, ensuring quality across print and digital media.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, including tablet and box designs for pharmaceutical or consumer products.
- Expertise in using **CorelDRAW** software for designing packaging and promotional materials.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong understanding of packaging design requirements, including knowledge of regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing designs while meeting strict regulatory standards.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
