The Publishing Associate - Electronic Standards is a position in the global publishing services group, learning the Labcorp formatting standards and to prepare nonclinical study reports for finalization and subsequent publishing according to eCTD requirements and to promote product consistency.
- ** General Duties**
- Attends meetings to review and discuss the Labcorp, client, and regulatory formatting standards
- ** Report Review**
- Learns Labcorp formatting standards
- Learns and understands any new/changed conventions or specifications
- Learns client requirements related to finalization standards and formats
- ** Scheduling Responsibilities**
- Learns to effectively schedule multiple assignments for timely completion of assigned tasks

**Education**

Bachelors degree in Science / English

**Experience**
- 1 to 4 years of experience in document formatting in a publishing role within Pharma or other industries
- Knowledge of GCP/GDP guidelines would be helpful
- Expert level experience in MS Word
- Adobe Acrobat preferred
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal
