**Job Opening: Telecaller**

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated tele caller to join our company. As a tele caller, you will play a crucial role in establishing communication with potential customers and assisting them with their inquiries. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Provide customers with product information and pricing details.
- Assist in coordinating with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge to maintain records and work with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Work Timing:

- The work timing will be 8 hours per day.

**Salary**:

- The salary offered for this position is 8,000/ per month.
