**Job Title**: IVR Executive / Telecaller
**Location**: Jaipur
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (preferred)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle a high volume of **inbound and outbound calls** in a professional manner
- Respond to customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively
- Route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain call logs and update the CRM or internal systems regularly
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to call handling protocols
- Collect feedback and escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent **verbal communication** in Hindi and English
- Strong **listening and interpersonal** skills
- Experience with **call center software or IVR systems** (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to type efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet call targets
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in a telecalling/customer support/IVR role
