**Job Title**: FG Dispatch Supervisor
**Department**: Logistics / Warehouse / Dispatch

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily FG dispatch operations.
- Plan and allocate vehicles based on priority dispatch schedules.
- Supervise loading and unloading of finished goods as per SOPs.
- Ensure accurate dispatch documentation (e.g., invoices, e-way bills, gate passes).
- Maintain proper stock records, FIFO management, and minimize dispatch errors.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal departments for smooth movement.
- Monitor vehicle movements and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Track vehicle turnaround time and reduce demurrage costs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and vehicle routing
- Familiar with logistics paperwork and compliance (GST/e-way bills, etc.)
- Ability to supervise and coordinate with multiple teams
- Hands-on experience in warehouse ERP or dispatch tracking software
- Problem-solving mindset, good communication and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations

**Education**:

- Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA)
- Added advantage: Certification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management

**Required Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience as a **Supervisor** or **Coordinator** in FG dispatch or vehicle movement is mandatory

**Salary**: As per industry standards
**Reporting To**: Dispatch/Logistics Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
