Assembly Worker

**Job Title**: Assembly Line Technician - HVAC

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble HVAC products such as AHUs, duct units, blowers, and cooling systems as per company specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and blueprints.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Check parts for quality and report defects to the supervisor.
- Ensure correct fitting and alignment of components during the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets set by the supervisor.
- Support in packaging and dispatch of finished HVAC units when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools and safety standards in a factory setting.

**Work Environment**:

- Factory-floor based role; may involve standing for long durations.
- Use of PPE (safety shoes, gloves, goggles, etc.) is mandatory.
- Work may include some overtime or shift rotation during peak production periods.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹37,753.18 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
