**Roles and Responsibility**

**Middleware support**:
WebLogic, WebSphere Administration Activities:

- Installation, upgradation and configuration of WebSphere 8 and 9.
- HTTP Server and MQ.
- Fine tuning of WebSphere.
- Clustering of WebSphere.
- Clustering of MQ in MS cluster and AIX cluster.
- Knowledge of generating SSL request key, deployment of SSL certificate.
- Configuring plugins in HTTP server and WebSphere.
- Monitoring heap dump, Java core logs and utilization.
- Knowledge of HTTPD.conf and IBM Proxy.conf configuration.
- Troubleshooting of WebSphere MQ and HTTP.
- Installing 12.X and configuring WebLogic domains.
- Installing WebLogic patches, service packs etc.
- Experience with high-availability architecture.
- Upgradation of WebLogic servers in development, testing and production.
- Thread dump/Logs collection, raising tickets in MOS related WebLogic/ OHS/.
- BIP issues.
- WebLogic/OHS/BIP installation, Upgrade/Fix packs, SSL Configurations, VAPRT.
- Observations mitigation.
