**Key Responsibilities**:
**School & Class Collaborations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching classes, and career centers.
- Organize and conduct career seminars, workshops, and presentations to attract prospective students.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships with educational institutions to promote the college’s programs.

**Market Outreach & Networking**:

- Identify and approach new potential markets for student recruitment.
- Attend and participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, and other relevant events to represent the college.
- Network with key influencers and decision-makers in the education sector to drive admissions.

**Admissions Strategy**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment from targeted areas.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to refine and enhance outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to align on goals and ensure smooth processing of new admissions.

**Event Management**:

- Plan and execute on-field marketing events, including seminars, open houses, and information sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution and follow-up.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and report on field activities, providing regular updates on progress and results.
- Analyze the effectiveness of on-field marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in on-field marketing or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.

**Experience**:

- Experience in educational marketing or student recruitment.
- Knowledge of the local education market and key players.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
