The **Social Media Marketer** is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage the audience, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires creativity, a strong understanding of social media trends, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Posting**:Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.

**Community Engagement**:Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media and respond promptly and professionally.
Foster positive interactions with followers and build a strong online community.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a helpful and timely manner.

**Social Media Strategy**:Collaborate with the Team to develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

**Visual Content and Design**:Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing content that reflects the brand identity.
Use design tools to enhance posts and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, updates, and news for social media content.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders for co-marketing opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools
- **Working Hours**:_ _Remote work with a Daily Google Meet connection from 10 AM to 6 PM IST._

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
