**Job Title: Accounting Coordinator**
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Location:
- Manchery, Malappuram, Kerala
Language Proficiencies: Proficiency in Malayalam and English required; Tamil or Hindi will be an advantage.
Compensation: Salary range from 20k to 30k, based on experience.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate accounting activities with other accounts personnel.
Perform auditing and detect the cash flow of the organization.
Prepare final accounts reports, including balance sheets and GST filing.
Monitor day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy.
Reconcile financial discrepancies and rectify inaccuracies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial data.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Basic accounting knowledge, including auditing and reconciliation.
Proficiency in GST filing and day-to-day accounting monitoring.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in B.Comor BBA with CA inter passed (mandatory).
Intermediate level of experience (2-5 years) in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally software.
