**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Planning and Resource Allocation**
- Prepare **requisition for raw materials** based on confirmed orders and production schedules.
- Collaborate with store, purchase, and manpower teams to finalize timelines for order completion based on available resources and production capacity.
- Develop and implement production plans, ensuring they are entered into the **ERP system**, covering planned and daily production output.
- Review production plans daily, making adjustments as needed with proper justifications and ensuring real-time updates in the ERP system.
- Allocate employees based on **production flow** and their individual skills and productivity levels.

**2. Coordination with Departments**
- Discuss order details with the **Sales Department** to address client-specific customizations or special requests.
- Coordinate with the **QA, QC, and Dispatch Departments** by providing timely updates on material readiness, enabling seamless testing and dispatch processes.
- Ensure all required departments are informed in **real time** about production progress and material readiness.

**3. Production Initiation and Monitoring**
- Transfer raw materials to production using **transfer slips**, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
- Initiate production for specific lots, assigning labor tasks based on skillsets and productivity goals.
- Supervise production processes to ensure compliance with **ISO 13485** and company quality standards.

**4. Lot and Labeling Management**
- Ensure lot numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and MRP (if applicable) are printed on product packaging accurately and in alignment with specifications.
- Obtain **initial QA approval** for printed packaging before mass productio
- **5. Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) Management**:

- Ensure **real-time maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)**, accurately documenting all production activities.

**6. Sterilization Transfer and Documentation**
- Prepare materials for sterilization, ensuring the inclusion of:

- **Biological Indicators (BIs)**:

- Required sterilization documents as per internal and **ISO 13485 standards**.
- Transfer sterilized materials to the **QC Department** along with:

- Testing samples.
- BIs.
- ETO graphs.
- Accurate lot numbers and quantities.
- Real-time updated BMRs for further processing and testing.
- Maintain and update BMRs to support process traceability, compliance, and quality assurance.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Accurate production planning and resource allocation with real-time updates in ERP.
- Real-time communication and coordination with QA, QC, and Dispatch Departments for seamless material testing and dispatch.
- Maintenance of real-time and detailed BMRs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Comprehensive records and data for KPI, KRA, and MIS reporting, aiding process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Timely transfer of sterilized materials with complete and accurate documentation.

Pay: ₹10,109.77 - ₹18,000.00 per month
