Microbiologist

Monitor and conduct testing of coconut water throughout the production process to ensure product safety and quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of coconut water pasteurization, storage, thawing and distribution to both in-house and B2B customers.
- Monitor the quality of well water used in production, including overseeing treatments such as filtration, softening, RO (Reverse Osmosis) and chlorination.
- Monitor the fruit pulping process.
- Accountable for Cleaning in Place (CIP) processes to maintain hygiene standards in equipment and production areas.
- Maintain records related to quality assurance and food safety measures.
- Verify production processes, parameters and controls to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Follow instructions from and assist seniors as needed.
- Maintain detailed traceability records of all ingredients and finished products.
- Implement and uphold food safety systems in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
