**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Editing**: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and visually appealing videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- **Storytelling**: Understand and interpret the brand's message and objectives, ensuring that the edited videos effectively convey the intended story and message.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and ensure alignment with the overall vision.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and stay updated on industry trends and new editing techniques.
- **Multimedia Integration**: Incorporate graphics, sound, and special effects as needed to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
- **Quality Control**: Review final edits to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines before publishing or sharing.
- **Organization**: Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient file storage and easy accessibility for future projects.
- **Deadlines**: Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, effectively managing time and priorities to deliver high-quality videos within specified timeframes.
- **Feedback**: Welcome and incorporate constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
- Proficiency in video editing software, with a solid understanding of video production processes.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think visually and conceptually.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current trends in video editing and visual storytelling.

**Education**:
A degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
