**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support Packaging R&D laboratory testing per defined protocols and prepare reports.
- Coordinate sample collection and preparation for laboratory testing.
- Transit testing, compatibility and shelf life testing.
- Assist with packaging development activities as time progresses and as one demonstrates capability.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Laboratory testing experience in packaging lab or related field.
- Desired person needs to know how to operate material testing equipment and be knowledgeable of other relevant packaging tests such as compression test, top load, torque, drop test.
- Good planning, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and accomplishing goals.
- Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- BE/PG in Packaging from IIP/SIES.- 1- 3 years minimum experience in Packaging Testing for CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries
- Good communication skills both oral and written
