**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Deliver Training Sessions**:

- Create an engaging and hands-on learning environment through live projects and real-world case studies.

**2. Curriculum Development.**
- Design, update, and enhance the digital marketing course content to align with industry trends.
- Prepare training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and assignments.

**3. Practical Skill Building.**
- Guide students on using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, and others.
- Provide training on current trends like influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and growth hacking.

**4. Student Assessment and Support.**
- Monitor student progress through assignments, projects, and tests.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and confidence.

**5. Stay Updated.**
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing field to deliver relevant and up-to-date training.

**6. Mentorship and Career Guidance.**
- Mentor students on creating professional portfolios and preparing for job interviews.
- Share industry insights and best practices to boost employability.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing and a strong understanding of its tools and platforms.

**Technical Skills**:
**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners.
