**We are Hiring for Project Coordinator with a focus on Quality Assurance and Testing-**

**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- Requirement Elicitation. Process flow generation and presentation. Analyze and gather user requirements using Brainstorming and elicitation meetings
- Provide recommendation to senior executives and Management regarding performance and areas of improvement.
- Prioritize product requirements for projects.
- Communicating requirements with the business and technical team to ensure product feature objectives are met.
- Working with the product owner and Senior Management to understand and communicate the product vision and need.
- Prepare and provide inputs into business cases and use cases.
- Working with the technical team to clear any ambiguity by creating process flows.
- Plan and Provide Training for new feature rolled out.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily scrum meetings.
- Coordinate business Stakeholders and make sure to capture change requests.
- Working with cross functional teams to get the Requirement Done on time

**Skill Set Required-**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 3-4 years working in a project coordination or QA/testing role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
