**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum Team, facilitating collaboration, and helping the team become self-organized and cross-functional.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring that these meetings are effective and productive.
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values, and help team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
- Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that prevent the team from achieving its Sprint goals, coordinating with external stakeholders or other teams as necessary.
- Own the Scrum process and ensure that the team follows Scrum guidelines and practices, enforcing timeboxing, promoting transparency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Encourage collaboration and communication within the team and between the team and stakeholders, fostering a culture of openness, trust, and transparency.
- Act as a buffer between the team and external distractions, allowing the team to focus on their work during the Sprint and shield the team from external pressures and interruptions.
- Track and monitor relevant metrics such as Sprint velocity, burndown charts, and other key performance indicators, providing insights to the team and stakeholders to improve productivity and predictability.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging reflection on processes and practices during Sprint Retrospectives and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resolve conflicts or disagreements within the team in a constructive manner, facilitating discussions and encouraging mutual understanding and respect among team members.

**Critical Skills to Possess**:

- 3 to 5 years of Scrum Master experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar tools, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 - 8 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
