Principal

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to guide our international school. The Principal will ensure high academic standards, support teachers and students, and build a strong school community.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead the school with vision and care
- Oversee teaching, curriculum, and student progress
- Support and train teachers and staff
- Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
- Communicate clearly with parents and the wider community
- Manage school operations, budgets, and policies

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- 15+ years of experience in school leadership
- Strong knowledge of international curricula (IB, Cambridge, etc.)
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose

**Preferred Qualities**
- Experience working in multicultural settings
- Passion for student growth and teacher development
- Calm, confident, and values-driven leadership
