Job Description: ERP Executive
- ERP Implementation
- Understand and implement different ERP modules.
- Create and maintain various setups, masters and reports.
- Documentation for the new process implementation in ERP
- Update and manage ERP system in order to get business solutions and

accurate results.
- Design and manage Change Management requests, approval and

tracking process
- Serve as the lead point of contact with ERP Software team.
- Manage support requests with the ERP Software team.
- System Administration and Coordination
- Coordinate and manage the Institute/College’s user of master files, roles,

user views, data control, reporting, and data integrity.
- Manage routine interactions with respective ERP coordinators, respected

faculties, respected deans and ERP Software team.
- Brief respective college/school heads and data “owners” on data and

system corrections.
- Design and manage Change Management requests, approval and

tracking process
- Serve as the lead point of contact with Software Development team.
- Manage support requests with the Software Development Team.
- Training Support
- Preparing Tutorials / Reference Material for users of all levels (Technical

Training Material)
- Train the Trainer (TTT) Program
- Conducting sessions with different college/institutes in order to

educate functionalities and usefulness of all modules.
- Backend Technical Support
- To understand and solve user queries on a timely basis.
- Provide tech support to ERP users.
- Performing diagnostic tests on demo version and resolving respective

issues.
- Web Development / Support
- Development and management of various portals created for Karnavati

University
- Education or Qualification:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Computers)
- Minimum Experience : 1 to 2 Years
- Working knowledge of managing ERP or similar Software
- Software Development in core PHP (preferred)

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- ERP Implementation: 2 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,081.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month
