Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, networking, and market research.

Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase repeat business.

2. Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

3. Customer Engagement:
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

4. Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly performance analyses.

Submit timely reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry].

Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics.

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
