For that we are recruiting initially people as a Corporate Management Trainee/Business Associate.

As a management trainee, one gets exposed to a generic 5 level training module which has been successfully implemented globally.

LEVEL 1:

- SYSTEMS AND CLIENT REPRESENTATION
LEVEL 2: - DEVELOPMENT INTO A LEADER
LEVEL 3:

- DEVELOPMENT INTO TEAM LEADER
LEVEL 4:

- DEVELOPMENT INTO AN ASST. MANAGER
LEVEL 5:

- DEVELOPMENT INTO A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Age (18 - 26 years)
