**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- CLINICAL**

1. Supervise the quantity and quality of food ordered, received, cooked and served to in-patients.
2. Look after the preparation and distribution of food service in all wards.
3. Check and maintain the record of personal hygiene of staff.
4. Read the patient file and communicate with doctor and nursing personnel regarding the patient's diet.
- **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-ACADEMIC**

1. Supervise staff in their units of work.
2. Guide and teach students (dietetic interns)
3. Take nutrition classes of dialysis students.
4. Arrange diet exhibition, nutrition classes, displays.
5. Guide junior dieticians in their daily activities.
6. Perform clerk duty on Sunday and when she/He is on leave.
7. Supervise the duty of clerk.
- QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc. Food and Nutrition

B.Sc. Home science

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
