**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diabetes Counseling**:

- Educate patients on the adverse effects of all types of diabetes.
- Guide patients on necessary lifestyle changes to manage their condition.
- **Diabetes Education**:

- Provide detailed information on steps and precautions to protect vital organs (heart, eyes, kidneys, feet) from the impact of high blood sugar levels.
- **Diet Planning**:

- Develop monthly diet plans tailored to patients' local/cultural preferences and medical histories.
- **Insulin Pen Administration (Demo)**:

- Demonstrate the correct method of insulin injection and provide storage guidelines.
- Educate patients on managing low blood sugar levels.
- Record demographic and clinical data in CRM software for population health analysis.
- Coordinate with regional sales/marketing managers from the partnered pharmaceutical company to manage activities at doctors’ clinics.
- The Diabetes Educator will be required to visit a doctor’s clinic within a 30km radius of their location.
- A tour plan will be provided at least a week in advance.

**Working Hours**:

- 8 to 9-hour workday (timings may vary based on the assigned doctor’s OPD schedule).

**Training**:

- Comprehensive training will be provided by conducted by qualified clinical dietitians.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,332.78 - ₹37,784.89 per month
