Responsible for smooth functioning of all the utility equipment's, lab

Equipment's & Lab instruments.

Responsible to provide uninterrupted utilities for lab throughout out

the day.

Responsible for all type of maintenance like preventive, predictive,

scheduled and breakdown maintenance.

Responsible for updating of equipment history cards.

Responsible to ensure that required essential spares are available.

Responsible for ensuring oiling and greasing of all moving machinery

as per schedule.

Responsible for performing electrical & mechanical maintenance with

all safety aspects.

Responsible for maintaining and analysing the daily Power

consumption data.

Responsible to implement the 6S & Kaizen.

Responsible for internal external calibration, validation & annual

inspections of equipment’s.

Responsible to follow up with vendor and supplier for repairing of

equipment's.

Responsible to prepare the maintenance documents.

Responsible to control the access use of electricity and wastage.

Responsible for timely connection checking of control cabling like PLC,

HMI, VFD, controllers and communication cables.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
