**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Design and implement data models in Power BI to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Write and optimize DAX queries to enhance the performance of Power BI reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve our reporting solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions including data models DAX queries and report specifications.
- Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure seamless integration of data sources into Power BI.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all Power BI solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data visualization and reporting capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in MS Power BI with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in data modeling within Power BI ensuring efficient and accurate data representation.
- Have extensive experience with DAX including writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Show proficiency in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot Power BI-related issues.
- Stay current with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
- Have experience working in an agile development environment.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
- Show the ability to mentor and provide feedback to junior developers.
- Have experience with data governance and security policies.
- Be able to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement in data visualization and reporting.

**Certifications Required**
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification in Power BI.
