**Experience**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Promotion: Promote teleradiology software to doctors, diagnostic centers hospitals, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve the company's monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product usage and prescriptions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, as well as competitor offerings.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and changes in the market landscape.
- Territory Management: Plan and manage visits to healthcare professionals within assigned territories.
- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Training: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product developments and enhance selling techniques.
- Meetings and Conferences: Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with business or marketing degrees also considered relevant.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is typically required, though freshers may be considered based on company needs.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication ( english and local language is mandatory ) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques.
- A solid understanding of the healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry.
- Capability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently.
- Analytical skills to assess sales data and develop growth strategies.

**Other Requirements**:

- A valid driving license for field visits.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
