We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Executive - Recruitment Services, GSC's.

**Role Purpose**
- The incumbent to the position of Onboarding Consultant UK Onboarding out of Hyderabad 3 will work with the UK recruitment teams in ensuring seamless onboarding of Executives, Specialist and Volume Hires.

**What you’ll do**:
**DAY to DAY ROLE**
- Cases to be actioned the same day of assigning
- Recruiter Assistant Field and OBC name to be updated right after case is assigned
- Timely movement and action of mails - preferably 24 hours from the time the mails are received
- Accurate and timely updation of Step / Status on Taleo, correct correspondence, chase for AIF, vetting submission and raising cases
- Correct & Timely Initiation of Vetting packages
- Documents to be saved in Shared folder for E-Files to be closed
- Timely Escalation / Red Flags as applicable
- Handover document to be filled accurately and sent to respective back up at least a day before the leave
- Regular chasers / follow ups with relevant teams (EMS, ER, CS, Hire Right, WFA)
- Ensure timely joining, chase relevant teams for closure
- Minimum Errors (Tier 1 and Tier 2 - Less than 5%, Tier 3 - Less than 2%. E Files - Less than 2%)
- Cases handed over from other OBTs - E2E Case Management till the time the case is handed over to you

**BUSINESS / CANDIDATE VOC**
- Minimize Customer Complaints (Target - Not more than 3% of cases/month) and take appropriate actions and address the issue within 24 hours
- Take corrective actions to avoid repeat of the incident

**Operational Effectiveness & Control**
- All previous Audit findings to be implemented with nil repeats
- Ensure KPI metrics are met at all times
- Maintain good business relationship with Business Partners
- Timely update of leaves on Leave Tracker along with approvals

**Operational Rigor around**
- Leave - Sick / Unplanned
- Leaves - Plan leaves in a timely manner. 4 adhoc leaves in a year are permissible if there is a need
- Only 2 instances of Early Login / Logout in a month are permissible
- Completion of all mandatory training within target closure date
- Ensure all precautions (confidentiality, mail / file Encryption, password protection etc.) are taken while exchanging data with 3rd party

**FINANCIALS**
- Maintain CoE cost targets
- Transport - Unrestored / No Shows - Max of 2 in a month permissible

**BEHAVIOUR / SOFTER ASPECTS**
- Daily Tracker Update
- Adhoc Leaves
- Transport No Shows - 2 instances
- Log In / Log Out - 2 instances
- Internal Inputs Deadline - SR Trackers / Payroll Report etc
- Mails in the folder for more than 24 hours
- Quality of Internal Inputs (Roll Over cases, Blank fields, payroll updates, etc)
- Timely system shutdown by log off
- Quality of Internal Inputs (Roll Over cases, Blank fields, payroll updates, etc)
- Remain logged in with relevant status on Jabber and Sometime
- Correct Codes to be punched in on ICATs

Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:
**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (**_For the role - not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.)_**
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Drive and Resilience
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Taleo)
- Ability to work under constant pressure
- HR qualification / prior experience in Recruitment is preferable
