**Job Title**: Project Finance Consultant

**Location**: Pilibhit (near Bareilly) / Indore

**Contract Duration**: 6 to 9 months

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee project finance activities, including the capitalization of assets for large capital investment projects.
- Manage project accounting processes, ensuring accurate tracking of Opex and Capex expenses.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and insights throughout project mobilization and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare detailed financial models, project reports, and documentation to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Facilitate risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies related to project financing.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance and Project Accounting.
- Proven experience in capital investment projects, including project mobilization, movement, and final capitalization.
- Strong expertise in handling both Opex and Capex expenses.
- Demonstrated experience working with larger clients, particularly in greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
