**Role Title**: Legal Operations Associate

**Reports to**:Legal Operations Manager

**Location**: India - Pune

**Terms & Conditions**:Full time, right to work required

**JOB SUMMARY AND**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Legal Operations Associate will be part of the Ice Cream Legal Powerhouse which is part of the legal function and provide defined, structured services to the team and to the broader business and will be responsible for:

- Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using PowerBI to provide insights and analytics to the legal team and senior management.
- Identify and implement opportunities for simplification and automation of legal processes and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Support and optimize various legal operations processes such as management of the Contract Lifecycle Management, User Access Management, finance payment tools, updating of knowledge articles and other similar activities.
- Manage a central support mailbox and work with multiple stakeholders across the globe, including internal and external legal counsel, vendors, procurement and other business users and support them on any issues related to Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Support the BAU maintenance of technology tools used by the legal team, such as SharePoint, finance payment tools and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Work with vendors in resolving complex technical issues.
- Engaging with and supporting other lawyers across the globe

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, law or technology
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal operations or similar role.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerBI, with strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Experience in building automation through Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Process oriented, detail oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for technology and keen interest in simplification, AI and automation.

**Preferable**:

- Experience in SharePoint and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Prior experience of data analytics.
- Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
