**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR IT - ERP**

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED**

**Designation**: IT

**Department**:ADMINISTRATION

**Reporting to**:FUNCTIONALLY TO THE PRINCIPAL, OPERATIONALLY TO EXCECUTIVE DIRECTOR

**Experience**: 3-6 years

**Qualification**: BE/B.SC IT/BCA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintaining uptime of all software and hardware
- Troubleshooting issues related to all hardware and software
- Maintenance of anti - virus and ensuring that the anti - virus patches are regularly updated
- Maintaining servers and creating servers & domains
- Maintaining firewalls
- Managing and handling Microsoft administration
- Updating Operating system patches
- Keeping track of license expiry
- Maintaining data back-up of the entire end users of all crucial departments
- Maintaining and pooling of software(s)
- Managing the telecom technology (with vendor assistance)
- Managing and maintaining passive networking
- Managing internet services
- Managing all documents related to IT department (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, service reports)
- Maintaining IT checklists on a regular basis
- Asset tagging and tracking
- Maintenance and regular updation of IT asset register and provide the same to the Centre head and functional head.
- Training end users to manage the systems and services

**ERP**
- Uploading and maintaining the students details in the ERP
- Maintaining grade wise student count
- Mapping SPA activities to students
- House allocation as per the student strength in each division/grade
- Reset of Student Password ( as and when required)
- Uploading of Student Mark sheets on website
- Keeping the track of promoted and demoted students
- Updating Leaving certificate record as and when applicable
- Adding Fee refund requests
- Creating ID(s) of new staff
- Maintaining the list of student de-enrollment and student re-enrollment
- Providing training to teachers in terms of feeding student attendance into ERP
- Solving helpdesk queries Student Log in on Website
- Uploading Circulars on Website
- Generating reports for various departments, as per requirement
- Tracking of Pending ERP Queries
- Updating parent login
- Sending bulk mails & sms to parents, as per requirement

**SALARY**:

- 30,000 to 50,000

**Salary**: ₹288,969.88 - ₹1,497,647.92 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
