This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving these vital sectors through data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities:
Survey Development: Collaborate with project leads to design and develop surveys tailored to collect specific healthcare and education data. Ensure that surveys are clear, concise, and effectively capture the required information.

Data Collection: Execute surveys through various means, such as online forms, phone interviews, or in-person visits to healthcare and educational institutions. Ensure that data collection methods are compliant with industry standards and legal requirements.

Data Verification: Review collected data for accuracy and completeness. Verify the validity of responses and make necessary follow-ups to resolve discrepancies.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain data integrity and reliability. Identify and rectify any data anomalies or inconsistencies.

Data Analysis: Assist in basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns. Collaborate with data analysts to interpret collected data and draw actionable insights.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on data collection progress and findings to project stakeholders and management.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and privacy regulations, including HIPAA in healthcare settings and FERPA in education.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data collection processes, protocols, and findings.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data analysts, and field agents, to ensure seamless data collection operations.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data collection efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with survey participants and colleagues.
- Proficiency in survey tools and data collection software.
- Knowledge of relevant data protection laws and best practices (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in data collection, research, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare and education sectors is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel as necessary for in-person data collection.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
