**Role Summary**:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic fresher (MSc Microbiology, BTech Biotechnology, BTech in Medical Science, BTech in Biomedical Engineering or B.E. Computer Science) with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn, to join our simulation training division. This role involves assisting doctors and trainers in managing and coordinating clinical simulation programs for training at Medline Academics and Dr. Kamini Rao Hospitals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up simulation-based training sessions under the guidance of Mr. Ravi Tejas.
- Operate and maintain simulation equipment, mannequins, and related software/hardware tools.
- Coordinate with faculty and participants for scheduling and execution of training programs.
- Support trainers and doctors during hands-on sessions, including preparing materials and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Document session details, track attendance, and prepare feedback reports.
- Ensure upkeep and inventory of all simulation equipment and technical systems.
- Participate in internal training to understand clinical workflows and technical aspects of simulation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Anatomy, Physiology

**OR**
B.E. in Computer Science or related field
- Freshers welcome; exposure to healthcare, education technology, or simulation is a plus

**Skills Required**:

- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Quick learner and able to follow instructions accurately
- Team player, detail-oriented, proactive, and organized

**Joining**: Immediate

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
