**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Should be able to
- Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions
- Leading software development projects
- Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team
- Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables
- Convert requirement into solutions and propose conceptual designs and Agile stories
- Guide team in designing, architecting and perform code review before delivery
- Prepare prototypes for new features, provide demo to stakeholders, and buy their acceptance
- Contribute to coding complex modules independently
- Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface
- Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues
- Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers and Engineers

Should be hands on with
- Web development frameworks like Django and RubyOnRails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Python, PostgreSQL and MongoDB (any non RDBMS)
- OOPS concepts
- Design Patterns/Principles

**EDUCATION PREFERRED**:
B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science

**EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**:

- ** Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set**:

- Good Techno managerial skills
- Hands on with design patterns/principles.
- Thorough understanding and hands on with python language.
- Thorough understanding of OOPS concepts.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- ** Desired Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set**:

- UX design.
