We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Tele Counsellor ** to join our team. As a **Tele Counsellor**, you will play a key role in promoting our Digital Marketing courses and driving enrollment growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential students, guiding them through enrollment, and ensuring their academic journey begins smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Engagement**: Act as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in our Digital Marketing courses. Respond to inquiries promptly and effectively, providing information and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- **Counseling**:Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with potential students to understand their educational and career goals. Tailor course recommendations to meet their specific needs and objectives.
- **Sales**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets. Communicate the value of our courses and their benefits to potential students.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and maintain relationships with students throughout their academic journey. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- **Enrollment Management**: Oversee the enrollment process, including document collection, fee payment, and other administrative tasks. Ensure all enrollment requirements are met on time.
- **Market Research**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for course improvement and effective sales strategies.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment data. Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Communication Skill.
- Min 2-3 years experience in a relevant field.
- Should have a Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience in sales, counseling, or related roles in academic role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
