- Make **outbound calls** to prospective students and inquiries.
- **Nurture leads** through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- **Convert leads into admissions** by explaining course benefits, career opportunities, and addressing queries.
- **Maintain accurate data and reports** in Excel sheets and CRM tools.
- Ensure **minimum 4 hours of active calling** per day.
- Work in a **target-driven environment** to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
