Partnering with leaders and teams, we create and execute on recruiting strategies to support their hiring goals. **Partner with the best**

As a Recruiter you will manage the full life cycle recruiting process across various regions and businesses. Partnering with hiring managers you will implement creative recruiting strategies for assessing and selecting top talent. People are our most valuable asset and you will ensure that we hire the best

As a Recruiter II, you will be responsible for:

- Managing full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation
- Establishing trusted partnerships with leaders and hiring teams

**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 5+ years of relevant experience recruiting for technical and client facing roles
- Have relevant experience recruiting for technical and client facing roles
- Demonstrate knowledge of sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn, social media, etc.
- Have end user experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Be knowledgeable about the labor market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector
- Be passionate about partnering and providing world class customer service to stakeholders across Akamai's business units
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
