Job Purpose
As an Analytics Developer II, you will design and deliver analytics solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders. You will work independently to develop reports, optimize performance, and create reusable visual elements across projects.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage dashboards with advanced interactivity and measures
- Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Design and optimize data models, calculated fields, and report performance
- Create and maintain standardized report templates and themes
- Support user adoption through documentation, demos, and training sessions
- Troubleshoot data quality or logic issues in visualizations
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics/reporting development
- Advanced experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Intermediate SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience working with datasets from cloud data warehouses .
