**Associate - Reconciliations (Bangalore)**

**Your Responsibility**
- Ensure accurate and timely matching and reporting of BSP ,ARC,VCC ,LCC & Cash in Transit process.
- Ensuring accuracy in Customer Payback processing,
- Account Payable and Account receivable management & reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of various GL accounts
- Ensuring all finance back office activities are processed correctly and identify coaching opportunities
- Identify discrepancies in processes and process improvements opportunities.
- Handle the failed paybacks and ensure to solve it on with in the timelines
- Month end close reporting and analysis
- Actively drive continuous process improvements after alignment with the Finance Operations Manager
- Collaborating with internal and external parties, building relationships

**What you bring to the table**
- Must be B.Com/ Higher graduate in accounting.
- Must have advanced excel knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible to work with the shifts including night shifts
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting & Reconciliations in Finance Operations department or Travel/e-commerce.
- You are accurate, analytical and an independent worker who can multitask with ease
- You are a skilled communicator who is pro-active, dynamic and willing to step in and help out
- Self-assured with a "can do" mentality
