**Junior Garment Technician - Fittora (Luxury-Tech Fashion Startup)**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn how to translate design concepts into **technical specifications and basic tech packs**.
- Support in preparing **specification sheets** for sizing, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.Assist senior garment technicians and designers in **sample development and fittings**.
- Observe and take part in **quality checks** on garments during sampling and production.
- Maintain an organized record of **fabrics, trims, swatches, and documentation**.Provide support in day-to-day **production coordination** and pre-production activities.Gain knowledge in **fit standards, construction techniques, and finishing processes**.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in **Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field**.
- Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics (academic knowledge acceptable).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fashion-tech environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
- Passionate about luxury fashion, tailoring, and innovation.
