**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Create engaging videos for YouTube and Instagram, including both long-form and short-form content.
- Enhance videos with transitions, graphics, music, and other elements to maintain a high-quality standard.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Oversee and manage work execution from other editors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- **Client Communication**:

- Engage with clients to understand their vision, content needs, and goals.
- Offer insights and suggestions for optimizing content based on platform trends and audience behavior.
- **Social Media Growth Strategy**:

- Develop and execute strategies to grow YouTube and Instagram channels.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to optimize content for engagement and visibility.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing for YouTube and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
