**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced professional or a fresher eager to start your career, this role is your opportunity to showcase your creativity and make an impact. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and contributing to our brand’s online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and publish content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Assist in developing creative content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and interact with followers, responding to comments and messages in a friendly and professional manner.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, and topics to produce relevant and engaging content.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Support the team in managing the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Analyse post-performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers or use tools like Canva to design posts and stories.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for social media and content creation.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Creative thinking and a flair for storytelling through visuals and words.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or other graphic design apps (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and strategies.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is a bonus but not required.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
