**Job Title**: Data Entry Executive

**Job Location**: [KPHB, HYDERABAD]

**Job Type**: [Full-time]

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Input**: Enter and update information into company systems and databases (e.g., customer details, sales records, financial data).
- **Data Verification**: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
- **Data Maintenance**: Organize and manage data to ensure it is easily accessible and properly categorized.
- **Document Scanning and Management**: Digitize paper records and organize them for electronic storage.
- **File Management**: Maintain and update digital files and ensure proper archiving of documents.
- **Report Generation**: Assist in generating reports from databases or spreadsheets as required by the management team.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to data.
- **Quality Control**: Regularly audit data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and adhere to company privacy policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in data entry or office administration is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred, but not required.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data management software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry.
- **Typing Speed**: A minimum typing speed of [30] words per minute with high accuracy.
