We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic start-up team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and helping to establish our brand in the market. You will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and play a key role in achieving our sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies: Collaborate with the founders and sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies, targeting specific customer segments and markets. Continuously refine and adapt strategies based on market feedback and customer needs.

2. Generate and qualify leads: Identify potential customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, social media, and industry events. Qualify leads and develop a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.

3. Conduct product demonstrations: Present our innovative product/service to potential customers, effectively communicating its unique value propositions and benefits. Customize product demonstrations to address customer needs and demonstrate how our solution can solve their challenges.

4. Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish strong and trusted relationships with prospects and customers. Understand their pain points, goals, and objectives to offer tailored solutions and position our product/service as a valuable asset.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. ( Freshers are also welcome)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of energy and drive. Comfortable working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of taking ownership and delivering on commitments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
