As a **Real Estate Social Media Personality**, you will be the face and voice of our brand, creating compelling content that highlights luxury properties, engages our audience, and drives interest in our listings. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to produce high-quality social media content, property tours, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Real Estate Video Host**: Host and present property tour videos, showcasing the unique features and selling points of luxury properties.
- **Property Tour Host**: Conduct on-location property tours, providing engaging and informative commentary for potential buyers and investors.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality real estate content, including reels, stories, blogs, and social media posts.
- **Social Media Personality**: Build and maintain a strong presence on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, engaging with followers and growing our audience.
- **Luxury Property Host**: Highlight the elegance and exclusivity of high-end properties through captivating storytelling and visuals.
- **Collaboration**: Work with photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure polished and professional content.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on real estate trends, social media algorithms, and content creation tools to keep our brand ahead.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Real Estate Influencer**, **Content Creator**, or **Social Media Personality** (portfolio required).
- Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate, particularly luxury properties.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for on-location shoots.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate & Post -Graduate
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization for real estate.
- A growing social media following or personal brand in the real estate niche.
