At Hoonartek, the focus is always on delivery and value. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high availability and reliability. - Collaborate with L1 support teams to escalate and prioritize incidents, adhering to SLA commitments. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive measures to minimize system downtime. - Perform regular system health checks, audits, and updates to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. - Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and training purposes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, upgrades, and patches to Abinitio environments. - Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support when necessary. **Job Requirement** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in supporting Abinitio ETL processes in a production environment. - Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting. - Proficiency in troubleshooting Abinitio Graphs, Co>Operating System, and EME (Enterprise Metadata Environment). - Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incidents simultaneously. - Certification in Abinitio or related technologies is a plus.
