**MARKET RESEARCH EXECUTIVE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with marketing teams across the world on enrichment of contact/ Lead data
- Ensure data enrichment tasks are completed within SLAs
- Mapping data as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy
- Use tools such as google, Linkedin, Apptopia etc to enrich data
- Upload contacts to hubspot or Salesforce
- Ensure high quality of data is maintained for marketing database
- Segment and report on marketing database
- Constant communication with marketing team to understand the evolving needs
- Generate reports on the database enriched/other MIS data

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in a Market Research role / Data enrichment role
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/ Google sheets
- Experience of working on different web tools such as google, Linkedin, Apptopia etc
- Basic knowledge of working in Hubspot or any other marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of salesforce CRM, do not need to be an expert but know how to use it
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, positive, and solutions oriented with excellent customer service skills
