**JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**System Administration-**
- Ensure smooth operations of Mobility and Web Systems with zero downtime.
- SFA solutions managing delivery, UAT, rollout and user training.
- Response to all SFA related queries within TAT accurately

**System Configuration-**
- Configuration, distribution and up keeping of the master data and the solution
- Operate as a custodian of the SFA System and data in the system, maintaining correct SFA
- Masters, manage online organogram for the Field Force
- Tracking & analysing SFE KPIs trend from various SFA reports & business information

**Training-**
- Conduct various training sessions for the field to improve their IT capability and help improve their productivity through IT tools.
- Drive the need of online reporting with its benefit & selling the concept with the mind-set of excellence in execution

**Vendor & Stakeholder Management-**
- Liaison and Coordinate with system vendors for module enhancement, change management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Sales, MIS, Marketing, Training, HR & IT to understand and deliver on support requirements through SFA

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**Education, Experience:

- **
- Graduation/Post graduate
- Must have 1.5 years' experience in SFE/SFA (FMCG/ Pharma / Nutrition)
- Flair for IT tools, technology will be an added advantage
