We are looking for a Brand Journalist to create and curate content for Propel Brand across various marketing channels. As a Brand Journalist you will create, coordinate, review and edit content that voices Propel’s stories in technology and human centric approach. The Brand Journalist is also required to contribute in marketing strategy discussions and build stories and other content that highlights Propel’s values, delivery capabilities and distinction in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create content for Propel’s Blog and Other Marketing channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram etc.
- Pitch ideas for blog, video, visual, and long-form content (e books, white papers, etc.)
- Coordinate online or print publishing cycle and manage content areas.
- Set writing standards depending on the hosting platform and establish data driven goals and expectations.
- Suggest stories and generate headline ideas in alignment with targeted audience’s preferences to generate affinity towards the brand.
- Oversee layout (artwork, design, photography) and check content for accuracy and errors.
- Proofread, edit and improve stories or pieces.
- Recruit and manage writers and reporters (if any).
- Seek new ways to engage target audience in an increasingly digital world.
- Comply with media law and ethical guidelines.
- Meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Aim at creating content to provide a detailed image of the brand.
- Writing highly compelling headlines that drive click-through and shares.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as an Editor/Content creator.
- Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills and an excellent portfolio.
- Proven familiarity with SEO and social media best practices.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- An eye for detail along with critical thinking.
- Prioritizing and multitasking
