We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive our brand's narrative and increase market visibility. This role requires a creative and results-driven professional with 3-7 years of experience in marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans that align with business objectives.

• Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, website copy, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels, maintaining brand integrity and a strong public image.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and enhance brand reputation.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing communications campaigns using key metrics (KPIs) to inform future strategy.

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, as well as external agencies and vendors, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable institution.

• Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in a Marketing Communications or similar role.

• Location: Based in Chennai, India.
